1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GENIUSS website (geniuss-site.vercel.app) and booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and GENIUSS (“Provider”). We recommend reading them in full before booking.

2. Services Description

GENIUSS provides strategic consulting services including but not limited to institutional optimisation, strategic growth planning, leadership alignment advisory, and organisational development. Our services are delivered through scheduled consultations, either online or in person, as agreed with the client.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and engagement terms are agreed upon during the consultation or in a separate engagement letter.

3. Booking & Consultations

  • Each email address may book one free consultation. This ensures fair access for all prospective clients.
  • Consultations are 30 minutes in duration unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice.
  • Cancellations by the client should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • No-shows may result in the booking slot being released to other clients.

4. Scope of Services

Our consultation provides strategic advice and recommendations based on the information you share. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, the outcomes of implementing any recommendations depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, execution quality, and third-party actions.

A consultation is not a guarantee of specific business results. Our role is to provide expert guidance. The responsibility for execution and outcomes rests with the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about your organisation, challenges, and goals.
  • Respect the scheduled consultation time and communicate changes promptly.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity, organisation, or intentions.
  • Do not attempt to abuse, exploit, or disrupt our booking system.
  • Any information shared during the consultation is done so at your own discretion.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information disclosed during the consultation. GENIUSS will not share client-specific details, business strategies, or personal data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Strategic recommendations and materials provided during a consultation are for your organisation's use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GENIUSS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to GENIUSS, if any.

9. Disclaimers

  • Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or market performance.
  • Strategic advice is based on the information available at the time of consultation and may not account for future changes in market conditions.
  • We are not a registered investment advisor, financial planner, or legal counsel. Our recommendations should not be construed as financial, legal, or investment advice.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting relationship at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding obligations will be settled, and confidential information will be returned or destroyed as agreed.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client who violates these terms or engages in conduct that is harmful to GENIUSS, its staff, or other clients.

11. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

12. Modifications
